What's included in the price?
Price includes delivery within 60km from Woodburn NSW, set up before your nominated time and pack down. We will travel further but at an additional cost.
When will you deliver my castle?
We do not finalise runs until 24 - 48 hours prior to an event start time.your castle will be delivered and set up before your start time, sometimes this will be hours earlier or right before your start time. if you need an exact time, please notify us and extra charges will be incurred.
Do I have the right access for my chosen site?
Site access is very important. Some of the inflatables are 300kg or more, so we need small truck access at least 2.5M wide directly to the chosen site.( FOR ALL WATER SLIDES, OBSTACLE COURSES, MECHANICAL BULL ETC)
Smaller "jumping castles" can be trolleyed but require easy, flat access, no stairs, steps, steep hills etc. minimum of 1.5m access through gates against buildings etc. Please check individual items for specific access requirements.
If this is not the case and not previously discussed we will not be able to deliver your castle and you will not be refunded.
What sort of power do I need?
We will supply one 25m electricity cord.
You will need a PowerPoint within 25m of your chosen site. We are not able to join extension leads together and we are not able to use double adaptors or power boards, each inflatable need it's very own PowerPoint. if this is not the case please call us to discuss alternate options( a generator is available at an additional cost)
What material should the inflatable be set up on?
We will assume the inflatable will be going on a flat grassed area, free of rubbish, sticks and stones. We will need to peg the castle down. If this is not the case please let us know and we can arrange tarps and sand bags. We need to know at the time of your booking if the inflatable is not to be erected on grass, if we attend your event and have not been notified we reserve the right to cancel your hire
Do you stay with the jumping castle after delivery?
All jumping castles require a supervisor, if you have booked a supervisor they will arrive at your designated start time, if you have elected to supply your own supervisor, our team member will only install and pack up the equipment and supply them with a safety briefing. you can book a supervisor through "add ons"
What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
You have 3 options;
1. Have an alternative undercover location.
Halls, Schools, Pubs, Clubs, Sporting Clubs, Gymnasiums, Sports Centers are often happy to hire out an undercover / indoor venue for a small fee.
2.If on the day of your event we deem it to wet to set up your equipment. We are happy to postpone to an alternative date, and no money will be lost. this is at our discretion, if we deem it safe to set up and you still want to postpone this will be regarded as a cancellation.
3. cancel, if you choose to cancel all together, you will forfeit your deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded.
What happens if my event is cancelled?
We do not give refunds for change of mind, if your event is unfortunately cancelled.
Can I wet the inflatable/ castle?
Unless you have hired one of our "water slides" you must not under any circumstance intentionally wet the inflatable, If we return and you have intentionally wet the inflatable you will be charged a $300 cleaning fee
